Paid to keep my streak, lost it anyway

Hey guys! I lost my streak last night and this morning I paid to get it back. However, when I did my lesson for the day it still reverted back to 1. Is there anyone I can talk to about this? Or at least a way to get my money back?

Hello, moderator here. If you hover over your username where it appears in the blue bar at the top of the screen, a drop down menu will appear. Choose "Help" from the menu. Then, scroll down to the bottom of the Help page. There is a form you can fill out there to contact staff. :)

It's a new A/B feature on the app for Duolingo (at least iOS, I don't know about Android).
