Wow, that's so awesome! Congratulations! I just finished my Duo Spanish tree today, too, but it took me quite a bit longer, haha. :)

Good job! I'm already level 22 in Spanish, and I've been studying for 3 years now, but I've never been that focused on finishing the tree. I've been wandering around other languages. (I should probably finish the tree sometimes, since it's not a matter of difficulty: I'm just too lazy.)

Ah, so it was a piece of cake for you. ;)
I finished my Spanish Tree last year (I've been studying Spanish for 3 yrs.) but I'm doing it again and so close to finishing it again! But I still feel like I'm learning a lot. But, yay for you! You finished the Duolingo Spanish course with no difficulty! You should try the reverse course. :)

Hi Autumn,

so how did you like DuoLingo and the Spanish tree? :-)

How would you compare it to your other resources for making progress and reaching a specific level in at least understanding (reading, writing very basic sentences)?

How would have DuoLingo helped you gain knowledge in Spanish if you have not studied that long and you would not have used the resources before?

Update: Oh, in 3 days...I completely missed that part first!

Have you used the intro comprehension test and checkpoint / skill test outs very much?
Matfran wrote in 1-2 threads that someone is missing then quite many words if using test out's (max total number of sentences by doing lesson by lesson), like I do on DE-EN/EN-DE trees?

But maybe you can compare it to your longer Italian tree, if you started it from scratch :-)

Maybe you have another tip for me how to learn best: https://www.duolingo.com/comment/20736135

This is another very interesting Spanish thread, I also posted a couple of questions to purplewater:

Hey! I don't use duolingo as a primary learning resources when it comes to learning languages but I like to use it for grammar practice, although I feel like the Spanish course didn't have the best lessons for that or at least reviewed all of them(and with Spanish having the most tenses between the romance languages I feel like it could somewhat improve on that haha) as for the comprehension test and checkpoint I haven't used them for Spanish yet. As for my Italian tree I feel like It covered everything quite well, for my words that I have finished in Spanish I have 441 and in Italian I have 3362
