Lost streak and streak freeze
I just lost my streak after not doing lessons for two days, I had bought streak freeze before the first day, and it worked fine. I bought it again, but today my streak AND the new streak freeze are both gone.

You had a streak freeze (purchased on 2014-03-02) that was used up when you didn't practice on the 3rd. However, you also didn't practice on the 4th so your streak reset.
If you don't use the site for 2 days, you need to purchase 2 streak freezes since a streak freeze only saves you for 1 day.
but I did buy a second one yesterday, I'm certain about it. Sometime during the evening yesterday.

Unfortunately a streak freeze purchased on the 5th would not save the lack of activity on the 4th. Your timezone is set to Europe/Oslo, +0100. If this is not your current location, that might explain the discrepancy.
I know it doesn't work retroactivly, I'm just still pretty certain that I did buy it, but if it's not registered in the system there isn't much to do about it. I tought maybe it "disappeared" since the lingot store was being upgraded at the same time.
So you logged on just to buy a freeze? What didn't you just do a quick immersion translation?
