What Country Have You Always Wanted To Visit?
I've always wanted to go to Russia. I love everything about it. Fortunately my family and I are going this year to St.Petersburg and Moscow. I love the culture and the language and the architecture. I have always wanted to go to The Vaganova Ballet Academy in St.Petersburg and dance in the Mariinsky Theatre :)
I was legitimately going to say the exact same thing ! I love Iceland so much , I really wish there were an Icelandic course on duolingo, but unfortunately I guess it's not spoken enough :,(
But I also want to visit other countries of course, expecially eastern european ones.
I've always wanted to travel to Greece, as I'm obsessed with Greek Mythology. But since I've started learning German, I now want to visit Germany, which I will probably get to do in a couple of years in my junior or senior year of high school, as it is traditional for German learners at my school to take a field trip to Germany. I would also love to go to Wales, as I've heard the country is beautiful.
I've always wanted to visit England <3 But there are many other countries that I would like also to know =)
Any Europian country coz Europe's renaissance related art, culture, architecture is really inspiring. Plus as a huge fan of classical music, I can't get enough of music, opera or thearte.
Hi! I think this post would be better served in the Duolingo general forums so more could see it, potentially. (Though you do run more a risk of vote trolls there... =/ )
Anyway, I would love to travel to the Netherlands! I love Dutch so much, and I love their food and culture. It's a beautiful country. =)
I have always wanted to visit... hmmm? I guess any country in the whole world because I can't decide where.
I have always wanted to travel to Russia, but I would also love to go to Spain, Greece, Italy, Germany, Romania, Armenia. Basically all the European Countries!
I have three choices of countries: Denmark, Norway, and Iceland. But I would love to visit Denmark most of all! : )
I have always wanted to visit Japan ever since I was a child watching Godzilla movies. The funny thing was even then I knew it was strange that they were dubbed. I was always wondering how all these Japanese people were speaking English. Now a days I just watch them in Japanese and much better that way
Well, I don't know about "always", but recently for about a month now (same time I started learning the language), I want to go to Russia as well. You're lucky you get to go! Right now I cannot go, I'm still in university. And chances are if I do get to go, it'll be in several years at best... So.. I'll just going to continue learning the language till then, if I ever get to go there!
