A Year in DuoLingo
Hello, DuoLingo society! I spent almost a year learning English in DuoLingo and I want to write some of my thoughts about it.
DuoLingo is veeeeeeeeeeery good service for learning new languages. I want to thank all the developers and moderators for building such a good place to learn :D.
I want to thank all the DuoLingo Society for helping me to understand some of the hard parts of English.
Yes, I agree, DuoLingo sometimes has BUGS, and so what? I can forgive Duo for all of them. DUO, I FORGIVE YOU! Duo is such a good guy that nobody has the right to offend him.
I spend in here a year so wonderful that I do not remember another such a good year in my life(I am only 13 years old :) ) This year was full of wonder and happiness.
My biggest streak in DuoLingo was almost 280 days, but unfortunately school started and I lost it :(. But I don't care much about my streak now( Oh, Vova, you are such a bad boy. ).
I now have almost 530 lingots and I don't know where to spend 'em.
I get to the 25th level in English in approximately 8 months. Maybe, I am too slow, but I got to that point.
For all my year in here I had a few bugs, but they weren't serious, so I can say that I didn't have 'em.
I am so sorry that our Immersion had gone :(, but I still have hope that DuoClubs will be a good replacement for it :).
I love you, DuoLingo, don't forget me :).
P.S.: I am not a native speaker so you can write about my mistakes in the text down below. I will appreciate that. I also want to thank all my family and friends for helping me study. If you have something to say me about your time in DuoLingo also write below, I will try to answer them all. Thank you, bye!
Мои поздравления с твоим Duoverser'ым!
Твой английский отличный!
Некоторые короткие "corrections" since you asked:
I spend in here a year so wonderful -> I spent/have spent such a wonderful year here (I think these would be the standard ways to say this; "in here" would work in a different context; "I spent here a year so wonderful" definitely can work too, but it sounds a bit poetic and as such not really standard)
another such a good year -> another year so good; or it would be fine as is just without the "another"
I get to -> I got to (probably just a typo since you have it right at the end of the following sentence)
appreciate that thing. -> appreciate that.
- helping me studying. -> helping me study.
Если твой родной язык - Русский, рекомендую пройти курс Russian for English, с чтением доп информации и комментариев. Это будет познавательно.
