Suggestion to make translating easier.

I was translating a long paragraph and pressed enter - to start a new paragraph. Duolingo thought I was finished translating and thanked me for my effort. Could we have a "submit button" so that if we hit enter during the translation we are not automatically finished. I have made this mistake a few times before. Gracias.

I tried this on my netbook as a carry-over from chat messaging habits, and it treated it the same as just "enter". Mysterious.

I have done it too, and it is very frustrated that duolingo thinks you have finished, I have no more option that be careful meanwhile duolingo makes the corrections.

Yes, that's happened to me, too. However, you can go back and edit it. After that, though, the old version shows up among those listed for voting, so I'm not sure if it ever gets truly edited or not... That's an issue on other sites as well. I don't particularly care one way or another, but your suggestion still sounds good.

Good idea. I use a tablet and sometimes incidently hit the return key before i am finished with my answer which results in an incorrect answer and loss of a heart.

As an aside, translating exercises should be harder. Too many people are using literal translations or using idioms incorrectly...
