No. I used to but I didn't like it so I disabled it.

I just started using it and I like it. Its not very accurate sometimes though, it often picks up other sounds and then doesn't understand me (like my washing machine lol)

overall its a pretty good feature

I tried to use it lately on my Android 5.0 telephone (Samsung Galaxy Note 3). But it seemed not to be able to register the voice, as it kept mentioning that it could not register it and only registered it successfully a few random times.

On the desktop it should work OK, it has been used in the past and it would be used.

No, I disabled it a long time ago because the speaking lessons didn't work well (I use a PC and an iPad). I still say the Spanish part of each question out loud for the speaking practice.

I use the microphone. I find it to be very variable. Sometimes it's too forgiving. It may let me get away with using the wrong gender or tense for example. At other times it seems to be unable to detect certain words which I know, from day-to-day experience, that I pronounce correctly.

I use it on my smartphone but not on my laptop. I really like it, it's fun and helps me not being so ashamed and afraid of speaking in French!

I don't use the microphone on Duo. My primary language learning resource is the Rosetta Stone program and it has entire lessons that are just speaking into the microphone. However, Rosetta Stone doesn't have any exercises for translating between languages, hence why I use Duolingo.

Yeah I use it. It works pretty good but sometimes I have gotten the question wrong simply because it was hearing people around me or other sounds.

Yes, I need to hear the pronunciation and get feedback on my own. Sometimes it is a bit temperamental and won't 'hear' me which is a bit frustrating but I persevere......
