Yes, if you mouse over the word, you should be able to see the meanings. I can.

Put your mouse over the word. It works for me. If not for you then it's probably just a glitch.

Whenever that happens just report it. The report button pops up after you enter in an answer.

Like EmpathyenPeace said, report it. One of the options on the report is "The dictionary hints on hover are wrong or missing."
