Does anyone know if perfective verbs are same thing as "dokonavé/nedokonavé slovesá" in Slovak?

It seems to me that these things are same, but I'm not really sure, so I'd like confirmation.

In Polish they are called "dokonane/niedokonane słowa (or better to say: czasowniki). The similarity is visible at the first glance.

For Poles the Slovak is the easiest language to understand.

It's not only better to say "dokonane/niedokonane czasowniki" instead "słowa" but I think it's the only correct way to say it! What concerns the intelligibility of other languages by Polish native speakers, I would say that Belarussian might be placed somewhere very close to Slovak.
