Psst, new tweet from @tinycardsapp...

If you can't access Twitter, the announcement was also added to the Duolingo Help Page, in the news section.

... or you could just put the information here :)

  • The brand new Tinycards website is launching on March 2nd 2017! It will be mobile friendly, so you should be able to access it from any device connected to the internet (hint: this means you can use it like an app on Android if you bookmark it to your home screen.)

When it goes live, the URL will probably be something like:

http://tinycards.duolingo.com/web/

That was the URL when it was briefly available, though not announced officially, a couple of weeks ago.

Thanks for sharing, Cleeent! _o/

Please bring back the bundles that you had when it was in beta so we can organize our decks. I have dozens of decks and they are now a mess. I have many more decks planned and I don't want to have to create new accounts just to organize them.

Bundles don't really exist (didn't in beta either) as far as I know -- only some Duolingo courses came out in "bundles" as the decks correspond to entire Duolingo courses (they are still available, no need for new accounts!). Is that what you are referring to? Bundling and organizing is however a feature request we have heard before, and is under consideration along with many other ideas and requests (we just decided to prioritize a mobile friendly website before tackling other things) — We do hope you give the site a try, the Tinyteam has been working hard on it. :D

No, that's not what I'm referring to. When tinycards was in beta there was a folder feature called "bundles." I had all my vocabulary decks in one and all my FSI decks in one and so on. Then they came out with "courses" I think it was called, and all the bundles disappeared. I asked about and was told that courses were only for official duolingo decks, I didn't ask about why bundles were gone, I thought for sure they'd be back.

I love tinycards, it's my favorite flashcard app. I have a lot of other decks I want to make but I've sort of been sitting on my hands since then.

I remember the bundles feature from the beta. It made organizing decks with similar topics a lot easier. It would be great to have that feature return :).

Thanks for all the work you guys are doing on Tinycards. It's amazing to see what the app has become in a short six months, and I can't wait to see the website.

Thank you, folks! :]

Will it be essentially the same as the app, or have some new features:)?

Same app, but we are launching fixes and new features almost weekly, so always worth checking back! And, you know, some people find deck making easier on a desktop (depending on the type of deck, of course). I've been testing it and it is looking great and feels super smooth <3

Thanks! I can't wait to try it out:)

It would be nice if you all would spend time fixing what is broken - like Sentence Discussions - and less time recreating what several other apps are already doing just fine.

I love TinyCards as an app, I'm glad it will soon be on web too!

This is really good news. I've been waiting for this for a long time.
