Does anybody want the verb conjugation tables back?
I thought this tool was paramount. I don't know if you agree with me. I want it back so badly. Maybe we can entreaty duo lingo to do us this favour. Help me out friends.
I agree. I just started my lessons for Verbs: Present 2 skill in Italian and this feature was extremely helpful when I was learning Verbs: Present 1. When you were presented with the verb in a sentence you could hover or click on that word and when the drop down menu would appear you would see "conjugate" at the bottom, but now it just says "explain". What I do now is after I learn the word (verb) it will (eventually) show up in my WORDS section. In WORDS section I can click on that word (verb) and at the right of your screen you will see the word with the microphone icon next to it and the definition of the word below. At the bottom of this you'll notice DETAILS. Click on this and the conjugative table will show up.
Gracias muchas! Your detail information makes me happy Here, have some lingots :)
They apparently disappeared before I started using Duolingo, so I can't really miss what I never had. If you've got the word tab, you can click on a word then click on 'details' to get some conjugation tables for verbs.
In my English-Portuguese it is still there.
There was another thread complaining about the missing green verb conjunction button, but as I double checked it (for PT), it was still working on the web interface.
Maybe another A/B test...
Now the verb conjunction table with the green button within the excercises is gone for Portuguese too.
I really miss the conjugation tables. How can we persuade Duolingo to bring them back? I have already sent a bug report. Any other ideas?
I really don't understand why they removed the conjugation function. It was terrifically important and helpful. Please Duolingo, bring it back!!!!!!!
Yes, please, please bring back conjugation tables; I also miss being able to click on a single word to hear its pronunciation.
I found the following site extremely useful since it's the only one that offers pronunciation of over 35000 English, French, German, Italian and Spanish verb conjugation tables. Just type in a verb you would like to see conjugated and hear how each and every form of the verb of your choice is pronounced: http://conjugation.io/
