What is the sense of this phrase? Does it mean "real" as in "not fake," or is it more like genuine or true, as in "You're a real friend"?

Why doesn't translate as "practical?"

The correct solution, «She is a actual woman.» has a mistake. It should be: She is an actual woman.

Thanks! That should be fixed as soon as the site updates (probably in an hour or three).
