It's so not logical that a group of "watalii" would only be in need of a single passport. I reported it, please accept "passports" too

I think what you say is probably beat and most logical. And I don't know if it's proper English or not, but I think it would also be common to hear "Tourists need 'a' passport." That is tourists in general, not a specific group. The difference between this and the translation being the article 'a.'

Exactly! They either have "Tourists need A passport" or "Tourists need passportS" for an answer, but not that.
