Can't sign in with app
I started an account with my computer (Mac) and after I completed a bunch of lessons, I downloaded the app on my iphone, I couldn't find a way to sign in to my account. I saw others had this problem but no one had a solution. I've emailed Duolingo but they didn't respond.
Anyone have a solution? Is Duolingo support not very good?

Look for the link "I already have an account" which should take you to a login screen. If you are using an iPhone thish could be upper right of screen or immediately above "lets get started".
I did not see that anywhere when I first downloaded. I removed and reloaded the app and it brings me back to where I left off.

I've used the Duolingo app on iOS and am signed into my account there, so it's definitely possible to do. (Or should be, unless there's some kind of problem.) It's been a long time since I first did it, so I don't remember how exactly I did it, and the app has changed a little since then.
I believe since Clubs were introduced, the way to access your profile in the app is via the Clubs screen. So perhaps that's where you can log into your account? The Clubs screen is accessed by pressing the icon at the bottom of the screen that looks like a shield. If you press that, do you see any option to log in there?
Try logging out on the iPhone App and then restarting the app.
If you are logged in, you will automatically start the app logged in to the account it was logged into when you last exited the app.
I have been using my MacBook, iPad Air and my iPhone all with the same account with no problems for over 3 years, and using the app on both iPad and iPhone.
Thanks everyone but I've figured out the solution, I think. After I accepted notifications and alerts, it had me all signed in. I double-checked it by signing out and back in and it works fine. It's bizarre. Before I couldn't find a way to go to settings, my profile, or anything related to my account.

If that doesn't resolve your problem, could you explain a little better what you're doing and what's happening? i.e. can you see the Duolingo icon on your phone? What happens when you touch it? Does Duolingo launch? What do you see? and so on.

P.S. - There is no Duolingo support. The staff is super tiny. They cannot afford a support staff and still keep the app free of charge.
Thanks. I had looked at previous discussions. When I first installed the app, I did not see the option to sign in with an existing account. I have removed the app, restarted the phone, etc. but when I reload the app, I still do not see that option, nor is there a menu button which is strange. So there is no way to access my account using the app on the iphone 7+.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean when you refer to the "mobile version" and the "app".
Could you provide a link to a screen shot of what you see when you launch the app? Or describe what you see? Is there a Duolingo icon on your phone? What happens when you select it? etc.
