I lost my streak despite having a streak freeze - and have evidence.
Long story short, I have a 45 day streak on Saturday March 4, and I checked on Friday evening that I still have my streak freeze (I check almost every time I go onto the app), and checking my activity on the website it shows I did indeed use the app on Saturday. So when I did not use the application on sunday, this morning I did not pay the $6 something dollars to keep the streak because I knew I had the streak.
I need to keep this streak for literally five more days (to get 50) to gain points in one of my university courses so I would appreciate some guidance on who to contact/how to deal with this. I am very disappointed that the app failed to recognize my streak freeze.

Update!! Somehow the prompt to pay the $6 appeared again for me today regarding my 45 day streak, so I paid it (didn't want to risk the streak freeze not being there again) and thankfully can complete the 50 day streak for my class.
