chips

I noticed that "chipsi" (I think I spelled it right) means "chips," but there was no picture, and I'm not sure if they are American chips/British crisps or British chips/American fries ...

Other hover hints for chipsi include french fries. So it's British chips.

In the course I have had the correct translations be both chips and french fries. When one was accepted and the other wasn't I reported it.

At least until recently, Swahili has been more influenced by British English than American English (due to colonialism.) So "chipsi" = chips / fries, "krispi" = crisps / chips, "sinema" = cinema / movie theater etc
