timer issue

    For many times in the past week I have seen a weird timer in the upper righthand corner of the screen. It gives me almost endless time to finish an exercise.

    p.s. I am using OSX 10.9.2 Safari 7.0.2

        This happens a lot. How does it initiate itself so suddenly again?

          I know it used to happen when you turned your mic off or tried another action while the page was lagging.

            yes, it seems to have something to do with the microphone
