I am at level 13 Duolingo. What does this equate to in scholastic terms? What is the max level?

Level 13 means you have earned a certain number of points for doing lessons. It doesn't equate to anything in scholastic terms, because you can earn points by doing the first lesson in "Basics 1" over and over again. It does indicate a degree of dedication and ability to follow through on pursuing a goal, however.
