You know how in Spanish to be can be ser or estar. This is kind of like that. When talking about where something is you don't use ni, but you use -ko, -po, or -mo. What is "Kiko" for? Why doesn't it accept "Cheti cha kifo wapi?"

The sentence needs an "is" to connect "where" and "birth certificate. In this case were saying "birth certificate, IT IS where?" Kiko = it is
