Netflix shows in Italian or German ?

Hey Duo community ! I'm trying to better my listening and vocabulary in both German and Italian. I have Netflix so I guessed that it would be the most practical.

I watched some German shows and movies (Türkisch für Anfänger, Er ist wieder da) but I want a really interesting German show (I also watched English show but put the German voice and subtitles)

Thank you in advance :)

Check out the TV show "Deutschland 83" and I also recommend you these movies "Fack ju Göhte", "Who am I", "Die Welle" and "Das Leben der Anderen".

Youtube is also a good source of german content, you have "taff" and "Galileo" for interesting videos around 10 minutes. "Easy German" is also very helpful.

If you start typing the name of the language into the Netflix search engine it will give you an option for appropriate shows/films. It's actually country based rather than language based, so don't forget to check out Austrian as well as German, for example.

Also, if you like food check out the Chef's Table series. They feature chefs from around the world, usually speaking in their own language, so you would just need to pick the appropriate episodes for your needs.

Here's a catalogue of movies/series on Netflix with good subtitles, sorted by language: http://languagelearningwithnetflix.com/catalogue.html

Also, here's a free extension that adds bilingual subs, pop-up dictionary, and improved playback control: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/lln-language-learning-wit/hoombieeljmmljlkjmnheibnpciblicm
