Oh yes, and there's sabasaba too. Saba Saba Day is a public holiday in Tanzania celebrated on July 7. It commemorates the creation of the Tanganyika African National Union (TANU) in 1954. On this day, the Dar es Salaam International Trade Fair is held.

In Kenya, Saba Saba is the annual informal recognition of protests for multi party democracy in 1990 that were brutally repressed by Moi's government.
