Will this have several meanings?

For example: "Rice and potatoes and beans", or "Rice and potatoes with beans" or "Rice with potatoes and beans"

Mchele is uncooked rice, wali is cooked. Both should be accepted here, since you could be talking about a cooked dish, or a list of ingredients.
