"I'd ask her". "anfragen" is a bit more formal, though. I'm not sure if "inquire with her" is good English.
Thank you. It seems like an odd sentence, in any case. In English, "inquire" would usually be used more like "I'd inquire of her," or "I'd inquire about her."
