Is relógio used for both clock and watch?

The word for clock in Spanish is the same word for watch in Spanish, namely 'reloj'.

Is O relógio é o teu wrong?

My exercise had the sentence without a written translation. Did anyone else think they heard "O relógio é feio"?

Não, na verdade parece que ela diz "O relógio-hotel", a pronúncia esta errada

I'd like to know the difference between using teu and seu in this example. I understand the grammatical difference but I never know which version is commonly used in Portugal. Likewise tu as opposed to você. It seems that você is in common usage in Brazil but what's the situation in Portugal?

I used "It's your watch" and have been marked wrong. Worth reporting?
