audiobooks in Italian

  • 1559

If anybody, like me, likes to read with audiobooks and is not satisfied with the selection on LibriVox, I've found that the italian public broadcast company has some nice ones: check them out.

Check also: LiberLiber (thanks to mmseiple).

What a great resource! I tried it out, and it worked fine here in the US. Lots of good stuff to choose from, and a decent variety as well.

Another good one is Liber Liber: https://www.liberliber.it/online/opere/audiolibri/ Those are mostly older works in the public domain, though.

Good stuff. You could add those resources to the Italian page on the Duolingo Wiki, so they remain available to anyone who might use them.

Do you know where I will find audiobooks in English and French language?

Librivox (https://librivox.org/) has a good selection of audiobooks of books in the public domain, and you can sort them by language. They have a ton in English and quite a few in French. That could be a good place to start. You could also try posting in the French forum to see if there are other places to find audiobooks specifically in French.

For french books, take a look at Radio Canada's catalogue :)
