When to use 'Bor' and 'Lever'?

Hei alle sammen, I was just wondering if someone could explain the difference between Bor and Lever and when to use it. I am not able to use a computer when using Duolingo so I'm not sure if the webpage explains this already or not. Tusen Takk

"bor" is indeed reserved for residing, actually being present in a certain space/concept. "lever" is comparable to "is alive"

If you were to use "jeg bor i et hus" you'd say "I am living in a house" If you were to use "jeg lever i et hus" you'd say "I am alive in a house", which is rather obscure.

I am pretty sure "bor" means "reside" and "lever" means "is/are living" or "living."
