Cuantas estrellas hay en el cielo? (How many stars are in the sky?)

Cincuenta (fifty)

.....the joke is in that "Sin Cuenta" means countless while "Cincuenta" means 50. They sound the same! Learning through fun.

Do you know why the Chevy Nova sold poorly in Mexico?

Who would buy a car called "No Va" ("does not go" in English)?

Long ago a restaurant chain started in the US called "Zapatas," but they soon changed to Zantigo's. People don't like to eat at what sound like a shoe store.

Funny enough, there is a restaurant in the St. Catharines area of Ontario called Zapatas.

This wouldn't work in most of Spain (Europe). We don't pronounce "Sin Cuenta", we pronounce "Cincuenta". We pronounce the first 'C' like the English 'Th' sound in 'Think', just as 'z', too.

In any case is a fanny joke. :)
