In app purchase not showing on account!
Can not find a direct customer care link. Money has been taken from my bank account but has not been updated within the app.
Any help would be most appreciated
Click on the help link at the bottom of this page. Scroll to the bottom of the help page, and you'll find the link to report a bug. One of the categories on the bug report form is purchase issue.
Most appreciated. Had previously looked at bug report list, but it wasn't clear that my error should be reported there. Thanks for making it clearer!
