r-, b- and mae forms of bod (rwyt, roedd, ro'n, byddwch, byddwn, basai, mae, etc) are used if they follow adverbial question words (ble/lle?, pam?, pryd? and sut? - where?, why?, when?, how? (but not after sut meaning 'what kind of?').
In speech, the r- is quite often dropped from the r- forms, though.
