Duolingo Spanish has an error in the "Past Tense" Lesson 3 of 10 that prevents me from moving forward. Specifically, it asks me to choose among three translation for "They left this at the door," but refuses to accept any of the available answers. And, because it asks the same question repeatedly until you give it the correct answer, it prevents my completing the lesson, or of moving on to the next one. I'm stuck. All I can do is quit.
How does one report a bug in Duolingo (besides clicking on the error button in the lesson itself)? And how long will it take developers to fix the problem. I have a 47-day Spanish streak to protect, after all. I'm ON FIRE!
Okay, I'm embarrassed as hell to say that this was exactly the problem. Choosing two answers gets me through. Not especially clear from the error message, but it works. Many thanks!
You can protect your streak with just redoing previous skills To report a bug look at popular discussion the first post has wiki and FAQ you can get to submit a bug report from there make sure you note what platform you use
I have the same sort of problem in French; stuck on word in "Education" which freezes everything so I cannot progress any further with the course. I am SO frustrated...reported it twice through Troubleshooting Help center; have report numbers but no result...still stuck today after a month. Hope you have better luck.
