Not really, in my opinion bagaj is, or can be, more of a generic term for the things you carry with you.
Baggage should definitely be accepted as well. Report it.

Seems a bit unnecessarily complicated. "What is in the luggage?" just feels better.
Should also accept: What's in the luggage? What's in the bags?
