Duolingo usage after the update.

So, recently, duolingo site changed a bit. That wouldn't be much a problem, but I have few new problems.

Now, clicking "discussion" (when doing sentences) either doesn't work, or it opens in new tab.

Secondly, before, if I clicked "back" in my browser, decided to close tab, refreshed, etc. I got pop-up asking if I really want to. Now it's missing.

Finally, it highlighted a typo when I had it in my answer. Now it just says "you have a typo".

Is there any way to fix these problems for me? I assume I won't be able to fix the last one, but maybe there can be something done to fix first two

Discussions open in a new tab on the new site. That's to avoid the problem where people accidentally close a page, and lose a part-done lesson. It'll work fine if you make sure your web browser is allowing pop-ups from this site.

I didn't know about the other two, though - well spotted.

I have experienced two problems, one major. I cannot access the comments anymore. Also, every time I try to backtrack through my answer to edit (I.e.: change an n to an ñ), I have to backup and erase everything to that point. Is anyone else having these problems?

I work on an iPad and since the recent changes to the Duolingo site, the hover clues have disappeared from the languages I am studying. Has anyone else has this problem -and fixed it? No problem with the laptop but switching keyboards is such a pain that I prefer to use the iPad
