thank you! Esperanto was invented in 1887, it is an international language designed to make communications across the world easier( much like how latin was back in the day) and it is kinda like a mix of languages, showing similarities in latin based languages as well as Asian and Germanic languages as well

Esperanto is a constructed international auxiliary language, first detailed by Polish-Jewish ophthalmologist L.L Zamenhof.

Just curious... is it true it's the easiest language to learn? Granted, it depends on your native language.

well since it has a lot of similarities to romance languages and I speak 3 it wasn't too difficult plus the grammar is fairly easy:)

If you speak one or more European languages than it is quite easy.

Parabéns! After a few more trees, you might try laddering, doing trees for languages you have already finished the tree for from a different base language, like Portuguese for Spanish Speakers or Spanish for Portuguese Speakers. Or Esperanto for Spanish Speakers!

I am going to get to Esperanto eventually, but I have some ground I am more eager to cover between now and then.

How are you going through these trees? Are you working through more than one at a time? Are you more focused on one or two and more casually working on others? What languages are you going to work on next?

Thanks I'll definately try that! And i guess im covering multiple at once haha it's hard to say which i spend more time on overall but these last few weeks it has been german greek and esperanto, since esperanto is the shortest i finished that one first but i probably have been spending about 8+ hours a week studying it. Hopefully I'll finish german or the greek tree next! Good luck on your esperanto tree!
