[Suggestion] Lesson Summary after Completion

I've been recently wishing that there could be an option to go back after my lesson or review session is completed and look at the things that I missed all together. Oftentimes, especially on the timed practice, I'll find myself moving on to the next question before I realize that I got something wrong. This feature could also help with seeing overall patterns in incorrect answers that probably wouldn't have been noticed otherwise.

I would post a picture of what this is looking like in my mind, but sadly I'm not as techy as you all. :P

Thank you for your consideration!

there is an unofficial user script for that https://github.com/HodofHod/Userscripts. I am using it and I love it but it is of course at your own risk. There was some talk about DL implementing something similar but I have not heard about it recently. (search the discussion for hackathon)
