This is a good Norwegian -> English dictionary. It also comes in a larger version, but the smaller version is already quite extensive and should be more than enough.

Haugenbok ships abroad, but it's likely not going to be cheap.

If you'd consider paying for an online dictionary instead, this is the best one by far. It draws on the same data as the printed versions mentioned above, but goes both ways.

I have one, but it is just Norwegian to English. It was compiled by a man named Einar Haugen and is simply called Norwegian English Dictionary.

https://www.amazon.com/Norwegian-English-Dictionary-Pronouncing-Translating-Introduction/dp/0299038742/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1494366128&sr=8-1&keywords=norwegian+english+dictionary

I found it quite adequate for translating in Immersion. It also covers quite a bit of Nynorsk too.

Could anyone recommend a good, adequately-sized (say, for at least a lower-intermediate learner) paper dictionary that goes in both directions, NO-EN and EN-NO? Or in fact any good two-way Norwegian paper dictionary?
