Oh, I do!

But I'll let you know that "to be or not to be" is from a work in Early Modern English, not Middle English.

The best known work in Middle English is Chaucer's Canterbury Tales. You really don't need to go out of your way to learn Middle English first to be able to read it.

Personally I'd prefer an Old English course... but Middle English would be pretty cool too!

I would love to see an Old English tree. By no means would I object to a Middle English tree, either (I think it might be a nice thing to recommend to people who think they have no facility with languages, to help them along the path via one of the "closest-to-home" means possible), but becoming acquainted with it is obviously much more straightforward. This book is probably enough for a good start. It includes about fifty pages of grammar, etc. introduction and then leads right into Middle English texts, duly annotated to help with the more significant vocabulary infamiliarities.
