I have also been looking for a translation but every place just mentions that it's Romani, not what it actually means. I hope someone here speaks Romani.

For those interested, there is an introductory Romani course on Memrise. Unfortunately, it does not have sound, nor does it specify which dialect it is, but it might be worth checking.

Not really. The word "lom" can be translated to "junk" and then "lommá" could be translated to "into junk", but considering the other words, these are all just fillers.
