Why is it not 'về' instead of đến'?

my only credential is coming from a vietnamese-speaking family, but i think "về" also fits. perhaps "đến" just sounds better to others?

Why not 'về'? And why not "I think of her every day?"

'I think of her all day' (I think) is a better translation (as the direct translation of 'about' is 'về'). This is the translation Google gives but it is not accepted.
