How does one discuss a move in German?

I want to say "I am currently living in the US, but I am moving to Hannover in a few days."

Would this be correct? It seems like there are multiple ways to talk about moving to a new place, but I am really unsure what the most appropriate wording would be.

It's correct, but that "um" isn't necessary, at least in day to day conversations.

Your sentence is correct, and probably the best one to use.

With destination, I think nach ... ziehen is enough, e.g. Ich wohne zurzeit in den USA, aber in ein paar Tagen ziehe ich nach Hannover.
