Percentage of fluency
What is the highest percentage of fluency which we can have while learning German ? - I am just curious. I know it does not reflect our overall knowledge.

I rushed through the german course (I am a native speaker), made almost no mistakes and it attested me something between 70% and 75% of fluency.

Wow, not bad. That means I am not too far away from the end. hehehe :) I am currently at 61%

Don't worry if it stops increasing though, it stops in the 60's for a lot of people, mine is still on 1% :)
