why does my percent fluency keep going down although I keep practicing?

You can't go by the fluency it is not accurate. Just finished my tree and it says i am at 30 percent and for fun i tested past all the checkpoints and her phone says 45 percent and it is still 30 skills from finished and has not been touched in a month. It is only for motivational purposes.
