Beats me. It shouldn't be marked wrong. Although here is more often than not placed at the end of a sentence in English, it isn't incorrect to place it at the beginning.
Isn't it because DL try as much as possible to stick with the original word-order? Correct me if I'm wrong but Here, there is no faith = Hier is er geen geloof.
