I purchased a streak repair over a week ago that did not work. Support did not help me. What gives?
It's all in the title. I had a streak of over 500 and lost it.
I was pretty certain that I had activated a streak freeze the night before, but I figured, hey, a chance to donate to the app I've used so much.
When my streak repair didn't work, I contacted support, but it's been a week now with a streak of 0.

I am having frequent episodes of a lesson that is completed "hanging" during the Please Wait phase. This happened twice today while "testing out" at level 5 in crowns. I had to completely redo. I am commenting here as I lost a 624 day streak on May 16th, when I know I completed my 10XP points. Did it hang and I didn't notice? I was called to dinner. Surely there is some way these events register on the system?? I have had only the auto- reply to my query. A moderator did check for me and verified that the points that day did not register??? It seems very unfair. I did not purchase a repair, as I had done the lesson.
