I purchased a streak repair over a week ago that did not work. Support did not help me. What gives?

It's all in the title. I had a streak of over 500 and lost it.

I was pretty certain that I had activated a streak freeze the night before, but I figured, hey, a chance to donate to the app I've used so much.

When my streak repair didn't work, I contacted support, but it's been a week now with a streak of 0.

What gives?

Hi thepepisin, that does not sound good. Please send the info in as a bug report so we can investigate Here is how. Had you already done that? (I'm moving this to troubleshooting)

Hi vivisaurus, the same thing happened to me two weeks ago and I still haven't had any response to my bug reports. The reference codes are 863318 and 865776. Would you or someone else at Duolingo kindly be able to look into it?

Just yesterday I got mine repaired; it took 9 days so I guess that's the turnaround time!

I am having frequent episodes of a lesson that is completed "hanging" during the Please Wait phase. This happened twice today while "testing out" at level 5 in crowns. I had to completely redo. I am commenting here as I lost a 624 day streak on May 16th, when I know I completed my 10XP points. Did it hang and I didn't notice? I was called to dinner. Surely there is some way these events register on the system?? I have had only the auto- reply to my query. A moderator did check for me and verified that the points that day did not register??? It seems very unfair. I did not purchase a repair, as I had done the lesson.
