'I want 500 grams of sugar, please', should be accepted. Numbers are accepted for their word value when learning numbers

"I would like 500g of sugar please." Natural English translation. Actually "500g of sugar please" is what would more likely have been said.

No, it is "I want". I never did master that part of Romanian, but "I would like" is more "Eu as dori"
