I Lost everything

Idk know why but for the second time since starting duolingo all of my progress has been lost and this time some of my languages have been deleted. I've been on duolingo for over a year and a half now, I love what it's taught me and how it's relatively easy to use, so its understandable that i am rather upset that two languages that i had over level twenty I have to start all over again from level 1 and the placement test doesn't always put you where you think you should be.

So I'm really asking if anyone else out there has had this experiance and if theres anything I can do to prevent it from happening again and also if duolingo is aware of this problem and is working to fix it

Looking at your profile page, it's showing that you're at:

French Level 10; German Level 8; Norwegian Level 8; Spanish Level 6; Japanese Level 2

Strangely, your post is showing only Norwegian, Level 8.

I did the placement test for norwegian so that i could make this post so it's probably only showing what it was at the time the post was made
