Why doesn't dutch have fluency percentage ?

I know that the percentage meter doesn't always work correctly but it would still be motivational and fun to have it on the dutch course too ! :)

Just do the course. Maybe they will add fluency later.

I recently read in a discussion post on here that only the original languages (Spanish, French and I think German) have a fluency meter because they were developed by the Duolingo Team, whereas Dutch was developed by a team of native Dutch speakers, not affiliated with Duolingo itself. I'm not sure if there's any truth to that though. Word has been going around that a new Dutch tree is coming out soon. Maybe that one will have a fluency meter.
