I think naturally speaking it should be "do you have a tissue?" Not "one tissue"

Does it accept serviette? It's less commonly used but acceptable in English

As of today it did. Serviette is very commonly used in Canada, so that is the first translation I think of, especially when it's a cognate term.

Actually "șervețel" is a diminutive of "șervet" which is a loan word from the French "serviette" ;-)
