Health and lingots???

I've been doing Duo for 3 yrs. I've seen the changes in the program and like most of them. I'm not so sure about the new ones! I've heard some complain about "health" What is it? I don't seem to have it on my program. I hope Duo straightens out the latest changes. Also, WHAT are the lingots good for now? I've got 1700 of them!

Currently being tested on iOS only - and by about half the users.

You will still be able to use your Lingots on Android (in the short term) and on the web (in the long term).

I think the health is on the app only.

It's only on iOS for now. Lingots are basically good for nothing after a certain point, but I don't mind. It just feels like another progress tracker to me.
