(Rant) Mobile site

PLEASE! Please tell me you didn't update the mobile site to look like the app! No! I use the Tips & Notes! And the mobile site is, honestly, easier to use than the app!

    AAAAGGGGHHHH!!!! This catastrophe!!!!

This is something that I really can't reason in any way. The mobile app was lacking the Tips & Notes and people wanted them in the app too, now instead adding them to the mobile version they actually removed them even more farther away from mobile users.

The Tips & Notes are in my opinion (at least in the Russian course) the only real "teaching" what Duolingo teaches about grammar. It is just crazy to remove this information instead of adding it on all platforms.

Yes, now to see the tips and notes on your mobile you have to use the website for desktop

Yeah, except the button for the full site is gone.

Chrome (and I think most mobile web browsers) has a feature in their menu called "Request desktop version". That should still give you the full desktop version of Duolingo.

          Tried it. Didn't work.

          They disabled that as well...

Oh look, other people have also noticed! Someone suggested to me to use the request-desktop-version function of your webbrowser

Problem: the button for "View Full Site" has disappeared, and the site reverts if you use the button here and go to the homepage.

There is a button for this on your actual webbrowser, at least the Samsung browser and Chrome have it.

I'm on iOS using Safari. Hypothetically, the two sites shouldn't be any different between browser or operating systems, though. (Also, I tried the "Request Desktop Site" thing on Safari, and it didn't change thing)
